Quiz "Setup"

STEP 1: If you already have a password then you can go directly to STEP 2. If you don't have a password then you need to establish your password.

To establish your password please go to the Setup Program.

If your names (First & Last) match up in the database then you will get the following message: 

Frank, Thank You.
Your Information has been successfully processed.

If the names (First And/Or Last) don't match up in the database, for whatever reason, you will get the following message:

Frank, Your Name was not found in the Database. This probably happened because the First Name did not match up. The information has been emailed to me so that I can fix the "problem".

If this is the case I will fix the "problem" with the information that is send to me and I will notify you that the "problem" has been solved.

STEP 2: To take the Quiz - your "account" (Name & Password) needs to be successfully setup in the database.

• Quiz 1

The questions with the radio buttons indicate that there is only one answer.

The questions with the checkboxes indicate that there can be one or more correct answers for that particular question.

Obviously, you can take the Quiz only one time for a grade.

The quiz will be due no later than Tuesday midnight.
